Djenairo Daniels has joined Pacific FC ahead of the 2022 Canadian Premier League season.

Daniels, a 20-year-old forward, is a talented Dutch youth international with experience at some of the Netherlands’ biggest clubs. The 6-foot-3 attacker has spent his senior career with PSV Eindhoven and FC Utrecht playing for Jong PSV and Jong Utrecht, the reserve teams for both clubs, who compete in the second tier of Dutch football. Daniels signed for FC Utrecht in 2021 before joining the Italian club Sassuolo on loan last season. Daniels, who mainly plays as a centre-forward, has made eight combined appearances for the Dutch U-17 and U-18 national teams.

Daniels becomes the latest new addition to the Pacific FC squad this offseason and will be joined by more arrivals shortly.
