Training times can, and frequently do, vary. Members of the media who intend to cover training sessions on a regular basis should contact Trisha Lees at to obtain the latest training schedule information and request interviews.

Training sessions are open to the media from 10:30am to 12:30pm daily with player availability open 15 minutes after the morning training session finishes. Camera access is allowed from 10:30am to 11:30am daily. Media availability is subject to change. Please contact for daily times or to set up player or coach interviews outside the scheduled times.

MEDIA POLICY – Weekly Training

Media access will be granted for 15-minutes following daily training sessions. Weekly updates will be posted the Sunday prior to each week. Please contact to set up player or coach interviews outside the scheduled times.

Television Cameras – Filming Policy 
ENG cameras are permitted to film during designated periods outlined by the director of communications. 

Camera personnel must remain on the sidelines unless given permission by the director of communications. The club will, at its option, prohibit any filming during practice without prior notification. It is suggested that camera operators be on site at least 15 minutes ahead of designated practice times to allow for any change in schedule.

Days Off
The club will, at its discretion, designate days off for players and coaches during the season. There is no media availability on these days and the club’s practice facility shall be considered closed to all members of the media. In rare instances where scheduling challenges exist for members of the media, and at the discretion of the Communications Director, requests for individual players may be accepted. Media access to Pacific FC games will be issued prior to the start of the season to all major local media outlets and individuals who regularly cover the club. Members of the media who have not received season passes can apply on a game-by-game basis by contacting the communications staff at least 48 hours prior to game day.

Credentials are issued to individuals and are not transferable. Credentials are to be used for the purpose for which they are issued, with no exceptions.

Note: Pacific Football Club does not provide accreditation to image gathering services or freelance photographers. All image requests can be forwarded to the coordinates above.

PICK-UP – All single game media credentials can be picked up at the Rugby Canada Offices off of Glen Lake Rd from 2 hours to 15 minutes prior to kickoff. 

Credential requests will not be accepted on game day.


Pre-Game: There is no on-field access for members of the media until the end of the game with the exception of the host broadcaster. There will be no locker room access or media availability on game day with the exception of post-game availability.

In-Game: Media granted field access must remain outside the player’s box. Only the broadcast partner and accredited photographers are allowed field access in game. Video capture is only allowed by the official broadcast partner.

Post-Game Media Availability
Following each game, Pacific FC players will be available on-field for approximately eight minutes to the host broadcaster ONLY.  The dressing room will be open approximately 15 minutes after the final whistle.

Press Box
The Pacific FC Press Box is located inside the Westhills Arena building at the east end of the stadium. Media may use the side entrance shown in the map below. Once inside, turn right down the hallway to the west end of the building and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. See map below.




The CPL and Pacific FC employ a strict sideline control policy to keep these areas free from congestion. Sideline photography is restricted to working media on specific assignment for a recognized sports publication or news service. 

All sideline photographers must wear the CPL branded photographer bib if required and are reminded to stay behind the designated restraining lines that surround the perimeter of the playing field and out of the team bench areas. For admission to the sidelines, proper media accreditation must be displayed at all times.
